My presentation isn't what I expected
Start by asking Napkin to make specific changes: refine the content, swap layouts, adjust the tone, or regenerate individual slides. If the overall direction feels off, it may help to go back to the outline stage and adjust the structure before regenerating. The more specific your instructions, the more accurate the output.
My file isn't importing correctly
Make sure your file is in a supported format, PowerPoint, PDF, CSV, or Word, and under the size limit. If it contains unusual formatting, the import may not work as expected.
Generation got stuck
Try refreshing the page. Your progress should be saved. If the problem persists, try starting a new presentation. If it keeps happening, reach out to our support team at [email protected].
My exported PowerPoint doesn't look right
Make sure you're opening it in an up-to-date version of PowerPoint. If specific elements look off, try re-exporting the file. If the issue persists, contact our support team at [email protected] with details about what doesn't look right.
Slides look inconsistent with the rest of the deck
This can happen after making manual edits to individual slides once a brand style or effect has already been applied. Re-apply your brand style or effect across the full deck to bring everything back in sync.
My slides don't look on-brand after selecting a style
Check that the style was applied to the whole deck, not just individual slides. If you've set up a custom brand with your own colors and fonts, make sure it's saved correctly before applying it. If it's still off, try re-applying from Brand Studio.
