Currently, Napkin supports importing both text and images.
Importing Text
Simply copy and paste text from any document or webpage directly into Napkin.
Alternatively, you can upload a file, and Napkin will automatically extract the text for you → Learn more about file import here
Importing Images
Copy images directly from websites or your device by right-clicking and selecting "Copy Image."
Simply paste the images into your Napkin document.
You can also drag and drop images from your local files directly into your work area for convenience.
Copying a picture out of Napkin
Select a picture on the canvas.
Press Cmd+C (Ctrl+C on Windows), or right-click and choose Copy.
Paste it into another app, such as Slack or Figma.
This works when your selection is pictures only.
We are continuously working on enhancing our features, so stay tuned for updates on file import capabilities in the future!
