How to manage my subscription?

Learn how to update, change, or cancel your Napkin AI subscription from your account settings.

You can manage all aspects of your Napkin AI subscription directly from your account.

Steps to Manage Your Subscription

  1. Log in at app.napkin.ai.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Open Account settings (or Teamspace settings if you are using a TeamSpace).

  4. In the Subscription section, click Manage.

  5. You’ll be redirected to the payment management platform, where you can:

    • Update or change your plan (Free, Plus, or Pro).

    • Update payment details.

    • View billing history and invoices.

    • Cancel your subscription if needed.

Notes

  • Subscription upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades and cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Invoices and billing details are always available under Invoice history.

  • If you need to change billing information (like company name or VAT), update it before your next renewal.

What if my renewal payment needs confirmation?

When a renewal payment needs confirmation, account owners and admins see a banner that says Renewal payment needs confirmation. They also get an email.

  1. Click Confirm payment in the banner, or use the link in the email.

  2. Follow the steps to finish the payment.

For most annual plans paid by card or Link, if the payment is not confirmed in 7 days, your workspace moves to the Free plan. Paid features and plan credits stop. Your documents and team stay.

The banner then offers Pay now. Click it to pay the same invoice. Your plan returns once the invoice is paid.

If the invoice is still unpaid 30 days after the payment first needed confirmation, your plan ends. We send you an email that explains how to restore it.

Other plans, and some older renewals, follow different steps and dates. The email we send says what applies to your plan and by which date. If it differs from this article, follow the email.
