You can opt out of using anonymized interaction data for product improvements in Account Settings → Data Privacy. Turn off Use my content for product improvements. A Teamspace administrator manages the equivalent setting for their Teamspace. This applies to Visuals and Slides. See our Privacy Policy for processing and retention details.

Access depends on the presentation’s sharing settings and, for Teamspaces, the default permissions set by an administrator. Check the Share panel to see who has access before adding sensitive content. See Sharing Your Presentation for how to manage permissions.
